PhD in nutrition and food
One of the most important things for me are the studies, make you a more educated person, make you reasoning, as well as am interesting person
Our University gives the option of continuing your studies through two masters and a PhD. These are:
-Master in food, mention management, quality and food safety which aims to train graduates with strong background in food, aimed at professionals requiring a greater deepening and the scientific, technological expertise and management, in accordance with the needs of development, innovation and technology for the country.
-Master in food science that aims to train graduates for high level in the field of food science, to improve and accelerate technological development-scientific research and jointly with academic aspects.
-Doctoral Programe in food and nutrition aims to promote the training of humans resources and research innovative issues of nutrition and food, integrating the knowledge in human and animal nutrition with agricultural production processes and the food industry.
That most strike me is the PhD in nutrition and food since it is closely related to what i spoke on the previous blog, the creation of food.
Well, as i'm still in first year don't know specifically what i want to study in seven years more, but i'm quite interested in Ingredients and functional foods or/and food and fermentation microbiology, because i am interested in health of people.
I'd like to study in other countries, because we don't have all the same technology and the same ideas about a specific product, it is good to know other investigations and utility that is given to the same product in different part of world.
